a. The materials on APG Graphics’ web site are provided “as is”. APG Graphics makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, APG Graphics does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
b. APG Graphics warns that the quality of the image printed depends on the resolution of the image provided to us. We are not responsible for low quality images as a result of low resolution files.
c. We do not retouch, edit or color correct images. Before ordering, be completely sure that the image provided to us is conformed to your expectations. We offer a printing service, not a photo editing service.
d. Acrylic, glass, canvas and metal prints should be kept away from children or people that can be injured by the prints.
e. Keep in mind that acrylic, glass, canvas and metal prints are made with fragile materials that can be easily damaged and may cause injury if not manipulated correctly.
f. Returns due to damage of the print must be accompanied with photographic proof of the damage. If the damage is a result of shipping and handling, the print must be returned to us so that we can resend a new print.
g. APG Graphics is not responsible for delays during the shipping process.
h. Our materials are of excellent quality, but it is recommended that they are treated, cleaned and manipulated in the right manner to preserve them and enjoy their durability.
i. Our prints come with a “UV Protection” guarantee, but for indoor purposes only. We are not responsible for the discoloration and fading of our prints due to the constant exposure to ultraviolet rays. Constant exposure to UV rays or outdoor placement of our prints will cause them to fade over time.
j. If customers do not have the knowledge or skills to manipulate or install our products, we urge them to seek a qualified professional to prevent injury and/or damage to the prints.
k. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are in a capacity to understand that we are not responsible for injuries caused by our products due to the inability and unfamiliarity of installing and/or manipulating them.
l. Any cancellation that you decide as a customer before the start of printing of the product and decide that the money should be returned will have to take into account that you will be charged a fee of $15.00 dollars for each order; due to Bank charges and fees.
4. Limitations
In no event shall APG Graphics or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on APG Graphics’ Internet site, even if APG Graphics or a APG Graphics authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on APG Graphics’ web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. APG Graphics does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. APG Graphics may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. APG Graphics does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

9. Warranty
Warranty for any Acrylic Photo Print and Photo Glass Print purchased from APG Graphics is covered for 5 years starting from date of delivery. APG Graphics will replace the product only for the following issues:
• If there is significant color fading, or damage to image color.
• Any damage to lamination
Warranty does not cover any damages to the actual glass or acrylic product after the initial 72 hours after delivery.
If customer wishes to have their Acrylic Photo Print and Photo Glass Print replaced, they must submit a photo of the damages and order number to [email protected].
10. Shipping Warranty
If any product is damaged in delivery, APG Graphics will 100% replace the product. you just need to provide a picture of the damage, We do not incur any extra 24 hour shipping costs for damage.
